| Use an iFrame to embed a web page or other feature
Easy
An iFrame is simple HTML code that you can paste into an HTML module to republish a web page (one of your Office Live pages) using a Content Editor Web Part in a Business Application or using an HTML module on a website page. Make sure you have copyright rights if you choose to embed another page in this way. Paste and edit the code below into an HTML module and set the height and width needed.

| Use Outlook 2007 Picture Tools to create great effects
Easy
If you open up a new message in Outlook 2007 and insert the picture you wish to use, the Picture Tools options will open up. Make changes to size, border effects, shadows, etc then copy and paste into Powerpoint. When you right click on the picture in Powerpoint you will then be able to save as a picture ready for uploading or pasting.

| Surveys and Feedback using Form Designer
Medium
Use a custom list (in datasheet view if needed) combined with the Form Designer module to publish a survey or feedback form on your site. Use column names to describe the questions you wish to ask and choose either Yes/No, Look Up or Text/Number responses. Responses can also be made mandatory or not. You can publish the list from within Business Applications (right hand tab) or by accessing the Application and List from within a Form Designer module.

| Creating Flash files for animations
You can create Flash files using web based editors like SproutBuilder or professional desktop software like Macromedia Flash. A flash file can then be embeded using an iFrame (see the tip on this page) in your Website or within a Content Editor Web Part in your Business Applications. The flash file that you create should be uploaded to your Documents folder within your Website options. Then use an iFrame to link to the file using a URL like http://yourwebsite.com/documents/yourflashfile.swf

| Disable scehduled applications during development
Easy
When you are making changes to your Website or Workspaces make sure that you have put on hold or exited any applications (like Outlook) that may have auto scheduled tasks. The drop in internet access when these applications kick in can cause page freezes for Page Editor and other Office Live modules.

| Image Capture using the Vista Snipping Tool and similar Tools.
Easy
If you capture an image using the Vista Snipping Tool or other Tools like Jing then make sure the source image (i.e. a powerpoint slide) is set at 100% in your browser. You can always scale the image afterwards, but if you capture at different to 100% source you are likely to see blurs and dots around the image when viewed. This method is generally alot better than the older Ctrl + Prt Screen option.
