| Business Application / Workspace Access Rights
Easy
When you share an Application as either read only, editor or admin privileges then this level of access control applies to all lists and other elements within an Application. It is not possible to limit access control to a specific list so bear this in mind when designing your Applications.
| List from a Spreadsheet
Easy
If you have a spreadsheet that already has the structure in terms of rows and columns that you would like to use in a workspace use the Add Custom List as a Spreadsheet option.
| You can only share one view of a list.
Medium
In designing your applications and deciding on the lists that you intend to share on your website using List Publisher, make sure you plan for the fact that only one view of a list can be shared on an Office Live website page. Update! Although this was the case it would appear that multiple views may now be published and the same view published to many pages!

| Using Web Parts to show Presence Info
Medium
To show your presence information on Skype, MSN Messenger or other Services embed a presence Gadget within a Content Web Part on your Workspace's Dashboard.
| Use Office Live Page Editor for Web Part Content
Easy
If you find the Content Editor restrictive when editing Web Parts, develop the content / layout you want in Page Editor and copy the content across into your Web Part.
| Images for Business Applications
Easy
If you want to use an image (i.e. your logo) on multiple Web Part Pages or Web Pages within Business Applications then upload the image to your Website's Images or Documents folder and use its URL (i.e. http://yourwebsite.com/images/yourimage.gif) to link to it with a Content Web Part.
| No Rollups in Applications you publish.
Medium
Don't include roll-up lists such as "What's New", etc. in Applications that you distribute or copy using the Solutions Publisher feature. They link to prior pages unless re-directed after installation.
