Sync your Office Live email accounts with Outlook 07 using the Outlook Connector on the Office Live sign in page. Download the Connector, Log on to Outlook, Install the Connector and set up your primary Office Live email account. Note: If you add new Office Live accounts you must sign-in to them using www.live.mail.com or www.get.live.com to provide additional verification details and a new password before setting an email account up on Outlook.

When you choose the export list view option, you create a query in Excel 2007 that extracts information from your list view. The worksheet is automatically linked to the list view to extract information from it. To enable information sharing, make changes to the list in datasheet view. Update the linked worksheet by using the refresh external data feature in Office Excel 2007. Whilst you can update a linked worksheet with list changes, you cannot update a list with worksheet changes.

Blackberry phones can't sync directly with an Office Live email account but there are two workarounds.
1. Access Office Live email accounts through the Blackberry browser at www.hotmail.com 2. Forward your Office Live email to a normal hotmail account and access this directly on your Blackberry.

| Export an Office Live Document or Picture Library to Outlook 07.

You can choose this option under Actions. When you complete the process, the items appear in a list in an Office Outlook 2007 Mail folder called SharePoint Lists. Because you have exported a library, a link is created between the library and an Office Outlook 2007 list, so that additions and changes that you make to the library are automatically reflected in the list.
